Trial and cancellation

New accounts can use the trial for up to 10 journal entries or 30 days. Web subscribers can manage cancellation from Settings through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests

Paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Exceptions may apply for significant service outages or billing errors. To request help, email istyping.support@proton.me with the account email and a brief description of the issue.

Payment processor

Web payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. Its own refund and dispute policies may also apply.
